Slow hdd help

Hello I need help to repare my hdd. When i copy folders in my external storage, it start transfer with 20 mb for second but start to slowdown and stay to 1mb for second or less.. 2 months ago, it works good.. What are you recommend i do? via /r/tech http://bit.ly/2Vd7Wjc
