How do you stop from broadcasting on a other device?

My parents recently got a.smart tv and I found myself accidently broadcasting on it and don't know how...I will never need to broadcast anything from my phone and now I'm terrifed that I may accidently do it anytime.Anyway to completely stop that? via /r/tech https://ift.tt/2MN1oXx
