Are present high end phones stronger than the Playstation 3 or Xbox 360?

It has been 14 years since the release the playstation 3 and since then we have improved our tech. I've been wondering if current high end phones could play playstation 3 games better than the playstation 3, its obvious that phones are stronger than the playstation 2 and have been for a very long time. When i think of high endIf i had to guess i would say that phones are superior, my reasoning is because the Nintendo switch is stronger than the ps3 and costs about 300 dollars to produce, the note 10 is about 50% smaller (without joycons) and costs 420$ (nice) to make.
