Are present high end phones stronger than the Playstation 3 or Xbox 360?

It has been 14 years since the release the playstation 3 and since then we have improved our tech. I've been wondering if current high end phones could play playstation 3 games better than the playstation 3, its obvious that phones are stronger than the playstation 2 and have been for a very long time. When i think of high endIf i had to guess i would say that phones are superior, my reasoning is because the Nintendo switch is stronger than the ps3 and costs about 300 dollars to produce, the note 10 + is about 40% smaller (without joycons) and costs 420$ (nice) to make.
