[PSA] /r/Games Moderators Have No Control Over New Subreddit Groupchat Feature

Howdy, folks. For those of you on the new or mobile version of Reddit, you may have seen a new feature enabled by the administrators of Reddit on the top of our subreddit. Clicking on this new feature allows you to join a randomly generated chatroom along with others who click on that button.However, us moderators have no control over this new feature: we cannot enable it nor disable it nor can we control who joins the chatroom, what they say, or anything relating to these chatrooms. It is an entirely controlled by the administrators of Reddit and we have no control over it whatsoever.Administrators announced this feature today, with no advance announcement or time for us to give feedback. This chat feature is not affiliated with our subreddit and we have no control over it, nor do we condone it.If you have issues with this new feature, we cannot help you. It is beyond our purview.
