Which platform to use for financial deposits?

Our startup is trying to find a secure platform that allows us to hold security payments for customers, without charging them the amount as a holding amount or fee before the transaction goes through. Similar to the ways that hotels have security deposits set up - where they keep your info on file but don't charge you immediately. We are a startup in health tech so we are looking for providers instead of doing it through bank systems.
